Cowboy Festival Non-Profit Booth Form

Please join us to showcase your cause at the 2021 Empire Ranch Cowboy Festival (formerly Roundup & Open House), on Saturday, Nov 6-7, 2021, from 10am to 4pm.  We welcome participation by non-profit organizations pursuing a common mission with the Empire Ranch Foundation: to preserve and interpret Arizona’s historic cultural and natural resources and/or provide support for ranching lifestyle/livestock.

  • There is no charge for the booth. Please provide your own 10 x 10 popup tent, tables & chairs, and other equipment. Electricity is not available. Items for sale at your booth are limited to items with your brand or logo, no other items allowed.

    Nonprofit booths will be located in a couple of areas at the ranch headquarters. This is a full two days of activities. Please be set up no later than 8:30 am and stay until close at 4pm. Food will be available for purchase on site at the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

    All exhibitors must comply with all current Center for Disease Control (CDC) COVID 19 safety requirements.

  • Please consider making your booth interactive and fun, with giveaways and activities. We are requesting that where possible, child and adult presentations be hands on. Please include, with this form, a short description of your organization and activity so our announcer can occasionally announce your booth. Please include a description below of your activity or handouts
