Cowboy Festival Non-Profit Booth Form

Please join us to showcase your cause at the 2018 Empire Ranch Cowboy Festival (formerly Roundup & Open House), on Saturday, Nov 3, 2018, from 10am to 4pm.   • There is no charge for the booth. Please provide your own 10 x 10 popup tent. Items for sale at your booth are limited to items with your brand or logo, no other items allowed.

    Nonprofit booths will be located in a couple of areas at the ranch headquarters. We will provide one six-foot table and two chairs. We recommend bringing your own table cover. This is a full day of activities. Please be set up no later than 8:30 am and stay until close at 4pm. Food will be available for purchase on site at the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • Please consider making your booth interactive and fun, with giveaways and activities. We are requesting that where possible, child and adult presentations be hands on. Please include, with this form, a short description of your organization and activity so our announcer can occasionally announce your booth.
