Cowboy Festival Author Form
Please join us and showcase your publications at the 2024 Empire Ranch Cowboy Festival, on Saturday-Sunday, Nov 2 – 3, 2024 from 10am to 4pm. We would love to have you as part of our fabulous Western Heritage Event!

There is a $50 charge for authors. Fee includes a 10 x 10 single booth space. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN CANOPY, TABLES, CHAIRS. You will receive a free parking pass, map and instructions in a packet via email. This is a full day of activities. Food will be available for purchase on site.
Tent and Space Requirements: All tents must be commercially made (no tarps allowed). All Authors are required to have their canopies sufficiently and safely anchored to the ground or with weights (40#per leg) the entire time the canopy is set up. All Authors must maintain a sanitary and professionally managed space for the duration of the Festival. No Author may “pack up and leave” until 4 pm, November 3, 2024. Most spaces, unless otherwise requested, are 10 x 10. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING YOUR OWN CANOPY, TABLES, CHAIRS.
Please plan to be set up no later than 8:00am and stay until close at 4pm on each day of the Festival. We look forward to seeing you there! We ask that you help us promote our event on your website, email blasts or social media – the more people who come to visit, the higher your exposure as well.
