On the first Saturday in April, the Empire Ranch Foundation sponsors a Trail Ride through the rolling hills and spectacular scenery of Las Cienegas National Conservation Area. Join us for an Authentic Western Experience like no other, benefiting the Empire Ranch Foundation.
This year we have two 1.5 hour guided horseback rides, at 9:30 am and 1 pm, through the beautiful rolling grasslands of Las Cienegas National Conservation Area. A a catered chuck wagon lunch can be purchased separately. Lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Docent tours will be available.
Registration is now closed. Day of event registration will NOT be available.
All rental horses must be booked through ERF. Privately owned horses or mules are welcome. Riders must be at least 8 yrs. old. An adult must accompany riders 8-12 yrs. old and helmets are required for riders 8-12 yrs. old. Helmets are available for all upon request.
We’re riding rain or shine! Please dress accordingly. There are no refunds for the weather. Other refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, our general policy is that there are no refunds after March 10, 2023.
