Free Docent-led Tours of the Empire Ranch Headquarters
Sponsored by the Empire Ranch Foundation, docent-led tours are held at 11am on the second and fourth Saturday of every month. Meet at the Visitor Contact Station. Agents of Discovery
Kids can explore Historic Empire Ranch in an exciting new way by using Agents of Discovery, a learning game that can be downloaded for free and played on a mobile device. Agents of Discovery requires no WiFi or data connection while you’re out exploring.
Once downloaded you can walk throughout Empire Ranch Headquarters to unlock location-based challenges and discover more about the history of Empire Ranch.
To get started:
Agents of Discovery missions are available for sites in parks, forests, recreation areas, and museums around the country, including other nearby BLM sites: the San Pedro House, Fairbank, and Murray Springs Clovis Site.

Walk the Heritage Discovery Trail!
Enjoy a half-mile interpreted walk under the majestic Cottonwood Grove. See other outlying historic structures, visit the frog research ponds, as you walk through riparian areas of the Empire Gulch. You’ll find the trailhead, adjacent to the public restrooms.
