Christmas at the Empire Ranch Non-Profit Application

We welcome participation from non-profit organizations at the Christmas at the Empire Ranch event on Saturday, December 13, 2025. In 2024 over 400 individuals attended.

There is a $20.00 charge for the booth. Items for sale at your booth are limited to items with your brand or logo, no other items allowed.

Tent and Space Requirements: Please provide your own 10 x 10 popup tent, table, and chairs. All tents must be commercially made (no tarps allowed). All vendors are required to have their canopies sufficiently and safely anchored to the ground or with weights (40#per leg) the entire time the canopy is set up.

This is a full day of activities. Please be set up no later than 8:30 am and stay until close at 2 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please consider making your booth interactive and fun, with giveaways and activities. We are requesting that where possible, child and adult presentations be hands on. Please include, with this form, a short description of your organization and activity so our announcer can occasionally announce your booth.
