Christmas at the Empire Ranch Non-Profit Application

We welcome  participation from non-profit organizations at the Christmas at the Empire Ranch event.   In 2022 over 400 individuals attended.

To apply for non-profit booth space please complete and submit the form below by November 30, 2022.

There is no charge for the booth. Please provide your own 10 x 10 popup tent and table and chairs. Items for sale at your booth are limited to items with your brand or logo, no other items allowed.

This is a full day of activities. Please be set up no later than 8:30 am and stay until close at 2 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please consider making your booth interactive and fun, with giveaways and activities. We are requesting that where possible, child and adult presentations be hands on. Please include, with this form, a short description of your organization and activity so our announcer can occasionally announce your booth.
