Cowboy Festival Photographer Form

We’re looking for talented volunteer photographers to help document the 2025 Empire Ranch Cowboy Festival on Saturday  Nov. 1, 2025.  Please read the Usage Rights statement below before completing the application form.

Usage Rights

* What are the photographer rights for photos taken at the event?
You can do with as you please including profit from, when possible please credit Empire Ranch.

* Does the photographer photos get credits when a photo is used by the ranch?
As much as we possible can credit your name. You are welcome to place your logo/self credit on the photos for instances when we can’t credit.

* Who owns the copyright to the photos taken at the event and can the photographer use these for their own personal and professional use?
You retain the copyright and do with as you please both private and professionally.

* Do you have a turnaround time for photos to be submitted?
The sooner the better, but we understand you probably have other work to get done first.

* What format do you require for photos taken?
jpeg format is fine.

* Please note some of the Ranch uses may be, but not limited to: Social media, Empire Ranch website, flyers for future events, any magazines that may offer to advertise our future events, possibly items like post cards which we do sell with funds going to support the ranch, maybe larger prints if there is a demand.
